We train motivated high school learners in web and mobile fundamentals, design thinking, and team-based product work — culminating in employer-facing projects and supported pathways into internships and junior roles.

The High School Developer Program (HSDP) is a 12-week, cohort-based learning experience where students build production-ready web applications, learn UI/UX basics, and collaborate with mentors and industry partners. We emphasize practical skills, portfolio projects, and employer alignment so graduates can convert their learning into opportunities.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, responsive layout, and basic tooling.
Frontend frameworks, state management, accessible UI, and design thinking.
Backend basics, APIs, databases, authentication, and testing.
Final project delivery, employer demo day, and feedback loops.
Graduates leave with a deployed project, a portfolio entry, and a mentor-backed reference. We assess practical work using rubrics co-designed with hiring partners so employers can evaluate job readiness.
Industry mentors support weekly clinics, code reviews, and interview preparation. We partner with local employers to provide demo day visibility and internship pipelines for top performers.
We offer subsidized places for partner schools and scholarships for learners in need. Fee structures vary by partner and cohort size — contact our team for a tailored proposal.
